Beer Up!

This will bring some cheers to ya'll beer lover. Researchers developing a beer with the same health benefits as the red stuff.

You rejoiced when you learned a glass of red wine was actually good for you. So what would you do if you found out beer could pack the same benefits?

Researchers at Rice University in Houston are developing a brew that will have the same heart-healthy and cancer-fighting effects as wine. The key ingredient is a flavonoid called resveratrol, which fights cancer, is good for your skin, and prevents Alzheimer’s. And the good news could even get better: Researchers are hopeful that their genetically engineered version will have higher concentrations than red wine.

Until this beer is available, go easy on the carbonated stuff. Beer often contains more calories than wine: Two 12-ounce beers will deliver more than 300 calories to your gut. And even though moderate amounts of alcohol are good for you, the excess calories put a strain on the heart and can increase your risk of coronary heart disease. The American Heart Association lists being overweight, smoking, and eating a diet loaded with saturated fats as risk factors for the heart. Take control of what you eat—skip the drive-thru and eat foods like oatmeal for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and fish and broccoli for dinner. Exercise for 30 minutes a day, either in the gym or at home, and you deserve that beer. Just one. Taken from Men's Health Magazine October'08.

Smile

The Integrity of a Smile. It costs nothing, but creates much. It enriches those who receive without impoverishing those who give. It happens in a flash, and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None are so rich they can get along without it, and none so poor but are richer for its benefits. It creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in a business, and is the countersign of friends. It is rest to the weary, daylight to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and nature's best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is no earthly good to anyone until it is given away. And if in the course of the day some of your friends should be too tired to give you a smile, why don't you give them one of yours? For nobody needs a smile so much as those who have none left to give!

Future of Network Marketing Business

Just want to follow-up with my topic regarding Network Marketing Business (reffering on the 3rd oct'08 topic). I find this book about Network Marketing Business from one of the Robert Kiyosaki's Best Seller book called "The Business School" very Intresting, very True. And i would like to share it here.

Taken from the book page 59;

The Future Of Networking
Although the business has grown immensely, now is the time to get into the networking marketing business. Why do i say that?I say that becasue the world has finally awakened to the idea that the Industrial Age is over and we are officially entering the information Age. Big businesses such as General Electric and Ford Motor Company are Industrial Age businesses.
Franchises such as McDonalds are transition businesses, the transition between Industrial Age and the Information Age. Network marketing businesses are truly Information Age franchises simply because most network marketing businesses run almost solely on information, rather than land, factories and employees.

When I was a kid my parents always said, "Go to school, and get good grades, so you can get a secure high paying job with benefits." That is classic Industrial Age thinking. My parents truly believed in job security, a company pension and medical care as well as government Social Security and Medical security is a joke, and lifetime employment with one company in not a reality for most people. Then you add in retirement plans such as a 401k, filled with risky stocks and mutual funds, idea of retirement security is also a joke. Today people need new ideas and systems via which they can find the financial security our parents once had. One answer is network marketing. The more people wake up, and many are after the September 11th terrorist attack and recently the stock market crash, the more people will realize the network marketing is new answer for a world with less and less security. Network marketing give millions of people throughout the world the opportunity to take control of their lives and their financial future.

In the Industrial Age it is visible, you can see big factories with many workers, but in the Information Age you can't see it, "it is invisible!", you can only see it in your mind. "People in Information Age making money, lots and lots of money, more money and better lifestyle than the people from the Industrial Age", "i know Bill Gates did". That is why the network marketing industry will continune to grow, even though the old world thinkers fail to see it growing.

Publications by Kanyin (Malaysia). I bought this book at the Popular Bookshop in Miri, Sarawak.

This book tells a story about him working in the employ of others, having no inheritance except for some education. And few years has past, his life has improved, but only after he decided to change his perception of what his ideal life ought to be. By reading this book you will believe that everyone can attain financial and personal success, it will reveal and show you the certain ways to achieve it. It's a Great book, will leads you to the balanced lifestyle and the right path of Life Riches.

Content taken from page 55;
Success is a habit of starting and completing a project. A failure has the habit of drifting through life without any purpose, not getting started or completing their projects. A failure habit can be transformed into a success habit by changing your pattern of thinking by starting one thing at a time and doing each one well.

I like this guy, he is my Great mentor. I enjoy reading it and i hope the same to you!

Recession

Make your own judgment, don't panic! Do what is wise. The recession looks very eminent. It is really time to take pro-active steps to avoid a painful time in the next two to three years which is how long the recession is expected to last.

Suggestions:
1. Don't take any loans, buy homes, properties with loans, or even cash. Keep as much cash as possible.
2. Pay off as much of personal loans, private loans, as debt collection will be hastened.
3. Sell any stocks you can even at lower prices.
4. Take money off from Trust/Mutual Funds
5. Don't believe in huge sales forecast from customers, be extremely prudent, lowest inventories, reduce liabilities.
6. Don't invest in new capital.
7. If you are selling homes / properties / cars , do it now, when you can get good prices, they are going to fall.
8. Don't invest in new business proposals.
9. Cancel holiday plans using credit cards.
10. Don't change jobs, as companies will retrench based on 'last in first out'. Stay cool, wait, and if you took all of the above actions and more, you probably will be better off then many.
This is not a rumor. Bear Stearns is the first of many banking and financial institutions that will start falling in the not too future. If Bear Stearns can fall, so can JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC and the whole world economy comes tumbling down.
US economy falls, the rest will crumble. Recently, the US borrowing 700 billion is just like a medicine plaster to the wound, it won’t cure but will be worsen. India and all those self economies will be the most protected, but not gullible. Europe may be a little stronger, but not China, another giant! Malaysia & Singapore will see significant impact. The world is round; sooner or later it will give everyone the impact.

You may felt that nothing extreme is happening around you. The fact is just like a gold fish in a “slow mode boiling” kettle. The gold fish swimming in the kettle of not feeling the hotness, just a mid-warming but at the end the gold fish will be boiled and cook-up. Bit by bit changes is happening around us, for example price of food is increasing 3 times in a year, many big company/ factories closing down and retrench their staff, oil price in unstable (up & down & up), stocks & shares going unpredictable…
I’m not here to frighten you, just be pro-active and be very sensitive about the local & the world economy.

Millionaire in Network Marketing Business

Yesterday i was with my friends at the coffeeshop after work. My friend is all fired-up by the idea of becoming a Millionaire, telling me that he was approched by his friend explaining him about the network marketing business and he is eager to ask me and the rest of my friends to join-in. To my own knowledge and experinces there i was explaining to him about the business. Here i would like to share my thoughts to u.
Network marketing is a homebase business or i shall say its "own free time" business with a large members as your network in the market place. Taking about this, it remind me about MLM (multi-level marketing) business. There are certainly many millionaires created from network marketing and I’ve met some millionaires (my friends) in different MLM companies such as Herbalife, Mary Kay's "Avon", Tupperware, Elken and Amway. These companies is not just a selling door to door or people use to call it"selling soap" business, it looks like one but the fact is the annual income will supprise you, what more if the business also run in e-comerce.
If you want to go that route and try to become a millionaire through network marketing you have your work hard. It’s tough at the begining. Those Rich guys talk about sweat and tears, they mean it literally. It takes great patient, consistant & persistence to become a pioneer in this business industry. On the other hand, if you can stick it out for 3-5 years then you might have a chance to make it big and have millions of dollars annual pay plus bonuses. Then you'll have your own time playing golf with your business partners or going holidays with your family without worrying about jobs & salary.

Here are some tips and questions to keep in mind if you want to be a millionaire in network marketing:

Is the company over 10 years old? Is it stable? Is the financials sound? Do they have the resources to pay the several tiers of commissions? Do they rewards you fullypaid holiday trips with pocket money? Annual Bonus on annual sales achievement? Invitation for a Reconiction on stage where millions of people applause for your achievement. Do the team give you support, guide and help you to reach your goal?

What is the company focus on? Just sales? or constainly developing quality & innovative products to your clients with lots of promotions and discount.

Are the products special, something that you would personally use? Is there a big market for the products? Does the company have Reserch & Development? Where is the R&D located? Whats the quality & the certification of the products & services? How much is the start-up (business capital)? Who own the business? Does the company support, reconice you and lead you to success? or just want you to do more sales for the company.
Network marketing can’t be sustained if there’s just a bunch of sales people and no consumers the products (if the products are collecting dust in your house, then quit).

How many millionaires have the company made? If it’s 1-4 millionaires and there’s 500,000 sales reps then the chances of you becoming one is very slim.

What’s the average annual income of the sales reps in each category? How long does it take on average to advance to the next level?

How much money does it cost to become an independent sales rep with the company (supplies, materials, the start-up kit, products, etc.)?

How much does it cost to run it every month? (For example: cost of advertising, direct mail, flyers, business cards, monthly product orders, etc)

How’s the customer service? Can they be reached easily or is it a hassle to talk to someone from the company if there’s an issue?

Does the company provides training, seminars and meetings? Provies sales tools, books and tapes?
Everyone wants to be a Millionaire. Do you have a dream? What is your dream? Will you do anything just to make your dream comes true? Anything? Even sweat & Tears? When will you like to make your dream come true?

Besides these questions, ask yourself do you have the strong heart & will to do network marketing on a consistent basis until you become a millionaire?

Do you have these following characteristics?
1. Persistence & Focus
2. Patience with people
3. Not afraid of rejection, there’ll be a lot of “Nos” in this business
4. Can creatively find people to talk to and leads
5. Like talking and dealing with people
6. Have charisma
7. Have leadership skills (can you persuade your down-line to work hard to meet certain goals?
8. Can you motivate people? Be a friend and a mentor?) There are quite a few people in MLM that recruited a lot of people but can’t lead and have had their people all quit within in months or a year.

If you have the above characteristics and put in 3-5 years of dedicated full time work with a network marketing company then you have a very good chance of becoming a millionaire and being one of the success stories of the company.
Make sure that the network marketing company you choose is "Financially" stable and has good company leadership. Homebase business or Network marketing is here to stay, especially time like now the economy unstable, many big companies downsize, banks & credit companies close down, many people job retrenched, jobless, broke & bankrup. Network marketing offers low capital start-up, many people (especially in the western country) have turn into homebase business as safer option source of income. And many who did it, makes millions of dollars, and some even un-taxed.
The market will never be saturated by these internet savy type of businesses, it will always be "not enough", as long we have human beings living on this earth there will be demands. The important is the company that you join-in must have great vision, strong finance background and never stop promoting/upgrading their services and products for example change new packging & giving premiums.

Amway have been around for more than 50 years, and have many networking partners around the world. The products and services and also the rewards is first class. If you would like to become a Millionaire in Network Marketing then would recommed you to consider Amway. http://www.amway.com/ If you tired of working under someone then be your own boss. You can start as a partime (your own free time) first, earning some pocket money. Amway provides traning, seminars, product course and sales tools. The Amway networkers will assist you to build & expand your business into wider market and you will get the income that you've dreaming of. All Amway products are in high quality satisfaction with money back guarantee, so you dont have to worry about that.
